I've been living here since 2012 and I love it. Very spacious apartments, rental staff is very nice never had a problem with them. Maintenance has always come when I needed service. I have a reserved parking spot and have never had an issue, I always go to the rental office to ask what I needed to to do when I purchased a new car and they were very helpful. Personally, I love the apartments, and the area and will be here for a while.

Love it here did my first summer here and I must say very quiet and peaceful. Complex very clean and the maintenance very prompt when needed an emergency. Rental office staff very respectful honest and understanding and will work with you. During the winter The staff was very prompt with clearing a path way for the residents to get in and out of the complex to go on with their daily routine. The buildings clean my apartment no roaches no rodents no nothing. I will recommend Lorring Park!
